Thank you for your interest in Moltepsis! By owning a character under the Moltepsis universe you will be following our terms of service to protect yourself as well as Moltepsis and its creators! Please message one of the moderators on our discord server if you have any questions.
If you’re unsure about any of our rules please feel free to ask a moderator, we have a channel for questions on our discord server!
We’re a small group of people and may not be able to catch every person who violates one of our rules, please dm one of our mods if you notice any suspicious activity!
Failure to comply with our TOS may result in getting blacklisted from our community and ownership of our species!
Users can be blacklisted from the community without prior warning or explanation if it's deemed necessary by moderation and admins! This includes actions such as harassment, nsfw art of minors, among other violations.
Please just be a kind human being! Moltepsis is not associated with any sort of discriminatory or morally unacceptable content and will not tolerate such. Do not threaten or harass anyone!
We will not seek out background checks of users unless notified and deemed as necessary. If you are deemed unfit for the Moltepsis community after investigation you may be blacklisted without being notified.
Please keep Moltepsis pg within sfw channels, you can post nsfw in nsfw channels!
Do not mini-mod! If you notice a user violating the rules please contact a mod.

Contact Us
You can find the team on various different sites, depending on the social media the team members want to be contacted on. Generally, questions can be asked in our communities discord, where we frequently check the chats! However if this isn't ideal for you, we also have Toyhou.se and DeviantArt groups!
Payment for MYO slots are managed by Xanycki and payments for official adopts are accepted by the artists that made them. All MYOs profits will be split amongst Moltepsis admins and moderators!
A MYO design or adopt can only be owned if you’ve paid for it!
Currently we only accept payment through PayPal, if you’ve won an adopt or MYO slot you’ll receive an invoice for it. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours for adopts and raffled MYOs!
Please do not attempt to bid adopts or buy MYO slots unless you’re 100% sure you’re able to purchase them! Failure to fulfill an invoice in the designated time will result in a warning and the adopt will be invoiced to the previous bidder. Raffled slots will be rolled again for another person.
We only accept payment fully upfront, we will not accept partial payment!
We must be notified any time you plan to trade/gift/sell ownership of a character, as well as voiding any characters you own. Co-owned MYOs must have both owners in agreement to trade/gift/sell their slot. If you wish to redesign a character you must inform a mod with the new reference.
Co-ownership is allowed only with the permission of a moderator and only for MYO slots! Official adopts will not be given co-ownership permissions. On Toyhouse only one co-owner should submit their MYO and it is recommended you only co-own with close friends. No more than two people can co-own and if there is a dispute between owners please keep it private. We do not want our moderators to get pulled into personal matters!
Please follow the trait guidelines for each species! You may not use a trait higher than your slot (ex. An uncommon trait on a common slot) unless you have the item for it.
Blacklisted Users
You are not allowed to transfer ownership to a blacklisted user.
Blacklisted users are not allowed to own a character under Moltepsis, if you are blacklisted any characters you own will be voided and no longer associated with our species or world.
Designing
Please follow the trait guidelines for each species! You may not use a trait higher than your slot (ex. An uncommon trait on a common slot) unless you have the item for it.
When making a MYO, the design must be approved by a moderator! (You can do this through the #myo-check channel on our discord, or through a toyhouse submission!)
You may not copy designs from preexisting characters of any sort, you may use another character as inspiration. If the design is too close we will ask you to redesign your MYO.
No offensive iconography on myo designs please!
Please be careful when creating culturally heavy designs, especially if it is a culture that isn’t your own! We may ask you to redesign if deemed offensive or inaccurate of a culture.
Crossbreeding
Crossbreeds are allowed as long as you have a slot in both species and have permission from both species! You must notify a moderator about any myo crossbreed designs.
Redesigning
When redesigning a character we ask that you keep about 50% of the original design or the latest design.
If you are voiding a character of Moltepsis, please redesign them so that they are no longer affiliated with Moltepsis!
While posting your characters on other sites and drawing other art of your characters is certainly allowed, please credit either @2oft2ound, @Xanycki or @Ghostiedoodlez for the species when posting art of your Moltepsis characters outside the Moltepsis discord or Toyhou.se!
CallMeMax: Use of nazi symbols/racist symbols through characters, Pedophilic content
If you are reselling a character under Moltepsis, you must resell it at the price you purchased it at.
Before selling a Moltepsis character with additional art, you must have this character appraised! Otherwise your commissioned or otherwise obtained art cannot be added to the worth of the Moltepsis.
You CANNOT add monetary worth to a character if the art is gifted or otherwise free! However you are able to appraise your own artwork made for the character if adequate commission information is provided.
Attempting to sell a character without an appraisal beforehand may result in a discontinued design or other consequences for the seller of the character.
